"Noted was making my drinks and I realized I selected the wrong option when ordering through my app. When I asked him if there was a way he could fix it before he finished the drink he immediately started working on the changes and was very cheerful. I didn’t mean to make him work so hard for his paycheck yesterday, but I really appreciate his willingness to help while smiling the whole time. He was such a joy."

"I shown server what I wanted it had 9 mochashots I asked her not to do 9, but she can add 5 mocha shots I received 0 shots I didn't notice till I arrived back home. Which i should have check before I left. I take accountability on my behalf. But she should have listen and repeat back, when she asked me and i repeat, i want this order that greg had, just not 9 mocha shots, i want 5. I held this pic up to her eye level, this is what i want but with 5 mocha I've learn repeat order back to verify is my suggestion especially in the coffee business"
